Considerate  Open  Respectful  Empathetic

For lovers of horses

Just like us, all horses are individuals with minds and spirits of their own. As sentient beings whose sensitivity and emotional abilities are significantly superior to us, they deserve utmost respect and understanding. Horses want and need us to be kind, calm and confident, with our relationships based on clear communication and mutual trust.

It is these philosophies and beliefs that underpin Soo's teachings. Kind, intuitive, empathetic and experienced, Soo draws on these traits constantly, in both lessons with people and education sessions with horses. CORE horsepartnership lessons teach connection with two way conversation an essential element. Communication and conversation are the keys to developing and maintaining great relationships with horses.

Lessons are holistic and may include groundwork, riding (including bareback, bitless, jumping, trails in adjacent State forest), horse care. Facilities at Eureka include a 17m round yard, an undercover 30m x 20m sand arena and grassy jumping paddock.

Likewise, with horse education, Soo can  help with specific issues (float loading, starting youngsters et) or provide more generalised assistance (groundwork and/or under saddle) as required. Her intent is horses (and people ) who are willing, relaxed, happy and keen.

If this resonates with you, Soo would love to share her knowledge and experience with you. She enjoys working with children, adults and horses alike. Both you and your horse will relax and grow in self-esteem, confidence and self-belief. Some members of the Eureka herd are available for lessons.
